Kevin Griffin first began serving in Honduras in the summer of 2018 and has traveled with different non-profit organizations doing such things as working an overseas bible school with Evangelistic International Ministries, helping to build an eye care clinic with Tech Serve International and most recently installing a library in an elementary school with Chispa Project. The library project was a large project and the type of project that this race will support in the years to come. The goal is to help meet the spiritual, physical, and educational needs of the children of La Flecha, Honduras. If you want to know more about any of these past or future projects that he is working on just catch him anytime, he won't shut up about it.
