In the event that COVID or a similar illness causes the local or national government or the Arkansas State Parks to cancel the race then a refund will be sent.

1. If the race is cancelled by either of them prior to December 20th then all but $10 and the runsignup processing fee will be refunded to the registrant. 

2. If the race is cancelled by either of them on or after December 20th then all but $20 and the runsignup processing fee will be refunded to the registrant. 

3. There will be no rollovers to the following year. The likelihood of rescheduling the race to a later date in the year if cancelled due to Covid is very unlikely. Sorry.

In the unlikely event that the race has to cancel day of due to weather or any other late arising event then the normal cancellation policy will be in place and no money refunded. If a reschedule is possible in January or February we would attempt to do that, but that is never guaranteed and would have to be worked around other happenings at the park. We will make every effort to have the race as we did in year one shortly after a massive rain. You people were epic!
